This page explains what happens to information you give this site. It is written to describe what actually occurs, not what is convenient.

What is collected

If you submit the request form: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the city your home is in, what you described about the project, and your rough timeline. If you call the number on this site, the call may be routed through a tracking service that records the number you called from, the time and duration, and in some configurations the audio of the call.

Call recording

Missouri and Kansas are both one-party-consent states, but calls placed through this site may be recorded regardless, and this notice is here so that is never a surprise. If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call or use the form instead.

Who receives it

Form submissions and calls come to our team, and to the licensed local contracting partners who carry out trade work on our projects, so we can contact you about the project you described. Your details are not sold to data brokers or advertising networks.

Hosting and analytics

Our pages are served as static files through Cloudflare, which processes request data such as IP address for delivery and security purposes. Analytics are used to count page views and see which pages people reach. Spam protection on the form checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script.

How long it is kept and how to remove it

Request details are retained only as long as needed to pass them on and to resolve any dispute about whether they were passed on. To ask what is held about you, or to have it deleted, use the contact page and say so directly.

Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send anything sensitive through the form — it is for describing a kitchen, not for financial or identity details.

Children

Our services are intended for adults arranging work on a home and are not directed at children.
